Odysseus has been providing OMOP CDM ETL services for since 2015 to our broad range of major Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Academic, Data Providers, Insurance and Government customers. During this time, our OMOP Factory team have successfully converted and maintaining all major common data sets, including Truven MarketScan, Optum (DoD, SES, Integrated), Humedica EHR, Symphony, CPRD, IQVIA, FlatIron and many more as well as many EHR systems at multiple US and EU Healthcare providers, including EPIC, Cerner, eClinicalWorks and other. The team has developed a deep knowledge in converting specialized data sets, including Clinical Trial data in CDISC SDTM format. The quality of conversion is our top priority and we are applying mature QA/QC process and OHDSI and internally developed tools to ensure highest quality result.

Our IT Big Data Engineering staff has skills and expertise in all major platforms and technologies, including AWS, GCP, Cloudera/HortonWorks and all major databases. For ETL and database hosting, our Big Data Engineers use various technologies - as requested by customers - including AWS Spark/EMR/RedShift, GCP Spark/DataProc/BigQuery, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreS, Impala/Spark, Hive LLAP, Pentaho, Informatica PowerCenter, and plain SQL if required.

What makes Odysseus a unique provider of the OMOP CDM conversions is our Medical team which is currently responsible for curation and ongoing support maintenance of OMOP Standardized Vocabularies for the OHDSI community. They are also instrumental in performing custom mappings required in OMOP CDM ETL projects and have deep medical expertise in various clinical areas, including oncology, neuroscience, pathology, infectious diseases, pulmonology and other areas.
